Cancellation due to reasons not attributable to NOT@MRP, such as providing incorrect phone numbers, addresses, being unresponsive during contact attempts, or unavailability during service, shall not be eligible for a refund.
In cases where NOT@MRP is unable to accept an order or cancels it due to reasons such as technical errors, unavailability of the ordered item(s), or any other reason attributable to NOT@MRP or the Restaurant Partner/Store, no cancellation charges will be applied. If payment has already been charged, you are entitled to a refund of the order value or its applicable part, which will be reversed to you within 2 days.
No replacement, refund, or other resolution will be provided without the permission of the Restaurant Partner/Store(s). Proof of any complaint related to the order, including but not limited to food spillage, foreign objects in food, delivery of incorrect orders, or poor quality, must be provided before any resolution can be considered valid and processed. In the absence of proof, NOT@MRP reserves the right to deny the refund or replacement request.
You shall not be entitled to a refund if instructions accompanying the order are not followed as intended. The Restaurant Partner/Store will attempt to adhere to instructions on a best-efforts basis.
All refunds shall be processed using the same method as the payment was received, unless otherwise specified. Refunds issued in the form of credits will be subject to the policies of respective banks.
