By accessing and using the services provided by NotAtMrp Innovation Private Limited ("NOT@MRP"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Our membership is available through the registration process after you submit certain requested information to NOT@MRP. A user must read and accept the prevailing Terms and Conditions while availing our services.
Please be aware that a member of NOT@MRP is not allowed to run any paid ads on Google, Facebook, or any other platform pointing to NotAtMrp. Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of the account.
Our Cashback Service allows users who register on the platform to earn cashback by making purchases from the retailers listed on our platform. To qualify for cashback, the Retailer must confirm that the Member's purchase is tracked, genuine, and successful, and the resulting cashback must be received by us.
A transaction is termed a qualified transaction where the user is redirected by NOT@MRP to the Retailer's platform, makes a valid purchase, and the product or service is duly delivered, and the refund/return period has also expired.
In the event that the Retailers do not track a transaction using their affiliate tracking system, any due or expected cashback from these sales will not be paid to the Member.
Our Reward program allows registered users to earn Rewards by making purchases through us and thereafter be redirected to the selective retailers, with whom we have partnered and agreed to provide rewards instead of cashbacks.
Earnings in the form of rewards cannot be transferred to the bank account of the user but can only be redeemed via gift cards or wallets, only after reaching the minimum limit of the threshold set by us.
The NOT@MRP Service also provides a unique referral fee to its Members where the Existing Members (referrer) get 10% cashback on each new Member's (referee) introduced by them in the manner provided on the Platform, as long as they remain a Member themselves. Please see Clause 5 below for details.
NOT@MRP retains the right to modify any referral program terms at any time and without notice.
If you are a natural person, you must be 18 years of age or older to use the platform. By visiting the platform or accepting these Terms and Conditions, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
You must register for the Cashback Service using accurate and current information about yourself, including your correct name, address, and any other requested details.
After a Member successfully completes a Qualifying Transaction, and once we have received the resulting Cashback/Reward for that Qualifying Transaction, we pass that Cashback/Reward to the Member through his/her Cashback Receipt Method.
Please note that there are various circumstances in which a transaction with a Retailer may not constitute a Qualifying Transaction, or Cashback/Rewards may not result from it. This is also true for a Qualifying Referral.
You can withdraw your validated cashback/rewards when you have attained the minimum cashback/reward threshold in your Account. In the event the Member decides to close the Account with us, and if at such time of closure, the validated Cashback/rewards in your account is less than the minimum threshold limit set for your account then the entire amount will be forfeited.
The privacy policy of NotAtMrp Innovation Private Limited is integral to these terms. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information as outlined in our privacy policy.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellation due to reasons not attributable to NOT@MRP, such as providing incorrect phone numbers, delivery addresses, being unresponsive during contact attempts, or unavailability during service delivery, shall not be eligible for a refund.
In cases where NOT@MRP is unable to accept an order or cancels it due to reasons such as technical errors, unavailability of the ordered item(s), or any other reason attributable to NOT@MRP, the Restaurant Partner/Store, or Delivery Partner, no cancellation charges will be applied. If payment has already been charged, you are entitled to a refund of the order value or its applicable part, which will be reversed to you.
No replacement, refund, or other resolution will be provided without the permission of the Restaurant Partner/Store(s). Proof of any complaint related to the order, including but not limited to food spillage, foreign objects in food, delivery of incorrect orders, poor quality, must be provided before any resolution can be considered valid and processed. In the absence of proof, NOT@MRP reserves the right to deny the refund or replacement request.
You shall not be entitled to a refund if instructions accompanying the order are not followed as intended. The Restaurant Partner/Store will attempt to adhere to instructions on a best-efforts basis.
All refunds shall be processed using the same method as the payment was received, unless otherwise specified. Refunds issued in the form of credits will be subject to the policies of respective banks.
If third parties contact NOT@MRP regarding material or transactions associated with your account, you agree to provide necessary information and respond promptly.
New or additional services offered may have their terms and conditions. You must comply with those terms if you use these services.
NOT@MRP reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend the service for legal, security, technical, or commercial reasons. Efforts will be made to inform members of such changes.

NOT@MRP is not responsible for third-party content or materials appearing on the Platform.
By using NOT@MRP, you consent to receive communications from us through various channels. Essential service-related communications cannot be opted out of.
You agree to indemnify NOT@MRP against any liabilities, claims, or expenses arising from your breach of this Agreement.
NOT@MRP reserves the right to assign this Agreement. Members may not assign or dispose of this Agreement without written consent.
This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between you and NOT@MRP concerning the cashback service.
NotAtMrp Innovation Private Limited reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We recommend that users review these terms periodically for any changes.
If any term of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement remains valid.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
Make a durable copy of this Agreement for your records.
